Samantha is a Licensed Professional Counselor & Supervisor & Registered Play Therapist in the State of Alabama. Samantha is a trauma-informed therapist, that has worked in various settings. She has a background in mental health counseling, substance abuse counseling, counseling incarcerated individuals and serving juvenile delinquents, the geriatric population, and at-risk adolescents in achieving their counseling goals.

Brad Ploof, ALC, NCC, CTP, CGP
Brad is a National Board Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor licensed in Alabama, under the Supervision of Samantha Kelley, LPC-S, RPT. Brad’s clinical mental health experience is extensive. He has worked with children, adolescents, and adults in various settings from community mental health to out-patient programs & specialty hospitals and clinics. Brad prides himself on serving a diverse variety of clients. Brad has a passionate focus on serving clients aged 4+ struggling with addictions, anxiety, depression, PTSD difficult career and life transitions.
Tabitha Mount, ALC, NCC
Under the Supervision of Samantha Kelley Tabitha Mount is an Associate Licensed Counselor in the State of Alabama. Tabitha received her Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of West Alabama. She is a member of the American Counseling Association (ACA) and the Alabama Counseling Association (ALCA) and is certified in Psychological First Aid. Tabitha has experience working with children, families, and groups. Her passion is to help others find healing, peace, and empowerment in their life. Tabitha has experience in anxiety, depression, eating disorders, trauma, addiction, relational difficulties, and life transitions.

Monique Nixon, ALC

Monique is an Associate Licensed Counselor in the State of Alabama. She believes that “therapy is a place where individuals should feel safe, seen, and heard. She utilizes a person-centered, eclectic approach to therapy and has served clients as they cope with grief, trauma, emotional regulation challenges, unhealthy generational patterns, and boundary-setting.
In addition to Monique’s clinical work, she is also an author and creative. Her children’s book Milo Finds His Roar is available at the link on Amazon. It is a 24-page book for children ages 4-9 and helps children learn coping skills to manage anger and frustration. It is perfect for educators, parents, and counselors to utilize to assist children with emotional regulation.

Traci Rhines
Traci is the Business Office Manager & Credentialing Specialist for Twindom Counseling Services. She is a 1990 graduate of Guntersville High School and graduated from the University of Alabama in 1997 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Environmental Sciences. She has 26 years of experience in management, human resources, customer service, and administrative work. Her responsibilities include billing, scheduling, credentialing, client services, and administrative duties.
